Description

An example of the type of work carried out within the World Heritage Site of Bath.  This included complete refurbishment of a five storey Georgian town house, incorporating internal alterations including the removal of historic fabric and the re-introduction of new building fabric. External works included creation of a new garden room, vehicle hard-standing and hard landscaping.

Agroforestry/ sustainability - demonstration project

An important and innovative research project funded by the UK and EU to demonstrate the commercial opportunities of integrated livestock and forestry/biomass production.  Totally new systems including building designs (e.g. under floor heating and arks), production methods and livestock breeds (new purpose-bred free range chickens) made up this important pilot project.
