Hurst and Co was founded over 50 years ago and has been providing surveying services in and around the Bath and Bristol area, primarily undertaking pre-purchase Building Surveys on residential dwellings for private clients as well as undertaking Schedules of Condition and Dilapidation alongside pre-tenancy advice to commercial clients.

 

In addition we deliver the skills and tools for the successful implementation of new and refurbishment projects to residential and commercial properties.

 

We support our clients from project inception through viability, feasibility, design,

procurement, implementation/construction and handover/feedback stages.
